They grow heirloom English varieties of walnuts, which include Hartley and Franquette. They are known for having light, sweet nut meats. An untainted nature of heirloom variety. 23 acres of trees. The farm uses dry farming to grow its walnuts, which means the orchard lives on only natural rainfall, creating a sweeter, more flavorful nut. They give tours and have a Boutique Store in Paso. The store features a variety of delicious finds in the artisan food boutique, from honey to local flavored vinegar to our own estate roasted walnut oil.
