Red Car Wine Tasting Room SonomaChat

May 11, 2014 · by Amy Lieberfarb ·

20140723_165616Red Car Wines has a tasting room along Graton Rd in Sebastopol is another favorite place to stop for me. Ken Wagonner, a close friend and social media Guru, and me have stopped by and visited during the holidays for a fun filled tasting line up and I had visited them previously when I was introduced to their label by their tasting room neighbors at Dutton Goldfield many years back.

20140723_181800I had fallen in love with Red Car Wines Zephyr Pinot Noir and the artisan style labels. The Zephyr had a lovely painting on the front reminiscent of a great Monet. Erin Callahan, Wine Guru Extraordinaire, Guest Hosted this event for SonomaChat and put together a fierce line up of wines for us to taste.

Much thanks to her and her beautiful smile. She is HIGHLY knowledgeable about the Red Car label, winemaking in general and the area we live in, Sonoma County Wine Country. It is always better to taste with someone like Erin herself with the knowledge combined with passion for the industry.

20140723_173500From Rose shots…such a smooth and new experience for a tasting room, to Heaven & Earth Pinot which is a magical thing on the palate, to the Estate grown grapes from the various vineyards that Red Car tends to…all of our SonomaChat Ambassadors left with smiles and more than one favorite wine from the line up.
